Business Basics 101 & 102 is a 4 week course will set a solid foundation for your business to build successfully. Pair this course with SCALING & SUSTAINING and take your business the NEXT level. Zoom link will be sent prior to the beginning of class.

Write a Business Plan
This entire course covers the fundamentals of business. We will cover how to formulate an effective business plan which will include your vision/mission statement, target market, demographics, SWOT analysis, and financial forecasting.
Elevator Pitch
An elevator pitch is a brief, persuasive speech that you use to spark interest in what your organization does. You can also use it to create interest in a project, idea or product – or in yourself. A good elevator pitch should last no longer than a short elevator ride of 20 to 30 seconds, hence the name.
